Who is This For?
This is a webinar information session for counsellors, therapists and carers.
What is EMDR?
EMDR Stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. It can help remove 'blocks' or imbalances in the brain's information processing system so that the body's natural healing processes can begin to work properly.
